In recent years, the United Alliance Group company has taken many purposeful steps in the direction of improving the social welfare of seafarers, ensuring transparency and accessibility in the field of seafaring, and constantly increasing the efficiency of the work carried out. Especially for our sailors, who spend most of the year on the ship, accessibility, and the short-term resolution of concerns and problems are among the main issues for us. When faced with any problem or situation, they want to be able to easily remove the existing anxiety.
We treat every contact confidentially and will do our best to help you. You can talk to us about anything whether it is a problem on board, concerns about your family, a health issue, or a request for general information. If you are feeling concerned about something and need some support, or if you just want to talk, we are here for you. We may need to ask for some personal information in order to help you (e.g. name, nationality, ship IMO number) but this will not be shared with anyone else unless you give us permission. We do not record any telephone calls to or from our helpline.
